Chase Oliver, dubbed the "most influential Libertarian" by Rolling Stone, will visit Central Florida this weekend as he explores a run for president.
"During my trip through Central Florida, I will be stopping at the Pulse nightclub in Orlando to pay respects to the victims of the Pulse shooting. Lives were lost due to senseless violence and the LGBTQ community in Orlando was forever changed by this tragic event."
Oliver was the first openly gay Senate candidate in Georgia, where he garnered over 80,000 votes and forced a runoff between the Republican and Democratic candidates. Oliver has always been a vocal advocate of love, tolerance, and empathy.
I am committed to being a voice for all people and respecting their right to live as their authentic selves in peace. I think if we all were, the world would be more peaceful and free, and there would be less unwarranted violence targeting and terrorizing communities.
